What to Expect
Each QHHT session is unique, just as you are.
Once we have agreed on a date and booked your session, I will send you an email with information that will assist you in getting the most from your QHHT® session. I appreciate this is an investment in your time.
During our time together we will begin with a 'getting to know' you session and then, progress into the hypnosis part of the session. Your Higher Self will take you to where it is most appropriate - and I will ask why it chose this experience and its relevance to your life now. Then we move onto the questions you have supplied. I normally suggest between 12-20 questions. Your Higher Self will always ensure you receive what you are ready for. The hypnosis can last up to 2 hours. The hypnosis part is recorded, and I give you a copy to take home with you. Dolores called it liquid gold- there is so much in there for you. After that, a snack, a drink and discussion on what has unfolded. When you feel grounded and ready, you are free to leave.
The connection to Higher Self is strong for 3 days after the session.

All QHHT® sessions take place in my private home office in Aspendale, Melbourne VIC, Australia. Sessions start at 10.30am. My entire day is dedicated to you! Sessions in total may run anywhere from 4-6 hours. So, do not feel rushed, take your time, and get everything you are ready for.
